Praisercise is a Low Impact Aerobic exercise program created for 50 and over (but all ages are welcome) from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in The Well at King of Kings Church. It includes Strength building, Flexibility, and Balance exercises. Go at your own pace. This is an ongoing class so join any time. Register at your first class. Journey Coaches are trained to come alongside you as you navigate a challenging time in your life.  From grieving, family challenges, divorce, illness, aging, caregiving, job issues or other seasons of need, our trained Journey Coaches are here to help at no cost to you. Journey Coach Training consists of a bi-monthly two-hour basic training class to become a Journey Coach. This group will encourage, empower and promote self-care for those whose loved ones have a diagnoses of Alzheimer's. Meetings will be from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm on the 1st Thursday of each month at King of Kings Church Campus. Supervised care for your diagnosed loved ones will be provided in another room during that same hour. Trained Alzheimer's Association leaders will facilitate this group, along with King of Kings Staff and it is open to everyone. There is no charge for this event.…
