Praisercise Exercise Program

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 20, 2018
Praisercise is a Low Impact Aerobic exercise program created for 50 and over (but all ages are welcome) from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in The Well at King of Kings Church. It includes Strength building, Flexibility, and Balance exercises. Go at your own pace. This is an ongoing class so join any time. Register at your first class.
