Powerful Tools for Caregivers Zoom Class

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, happening 6 times
Join us for six sessions of our Powerful Tools for Caregivers class and learn how to take care of yourself while you take care of others! Designed by Stanford University, this classes give caregivers a wealth of self-care tools to: reduce personal stress; change negative self-talk; communicate their needs to family members and healthcare or service providers; communicate more effectively in challenging situations; recognize the messages in their emotions, deal with difficult feelings; and make tough caregiving decisions. This Caregivers ZOOM class starts Monday, March 22rd from 6-7:30 pm via Zoom and runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
This class is for ALL caregivers, whether primary or not, local or not, caring for a loved one or for themselves. There is no cost for the class (an optional book is available to purchase for $35).
