NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 12-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.  Starting January 14th through April 1st, we will hold a Family to Family class on Monday evenings, 6pm to 8:30pm. Journey Coaches are trained to come alongside you as you navigate a challenging time in your life.  From grieving, family challenges, divorce, illness, aging, caregiving, job issues or other seasons of need, our trained Journey Coaches are here to help at no cost to you.
